On the water! You cannot get any closer to water than this adorable 4 bedroom 3 bath seaside home. The view of Seattle day or night is breathtaking! Watch so many different species of birds out the windows or an occasional otter playing just yards out. Located on Manitou Beach in the Murden Cove area, we are only a six minute drive from the Bainbridge Island ferry and the fun Winslow Way shopping district. Fire pit, outdoor dining on balcony and ping pong in the garage are some of the amenities
No pets/ animals of any kind. No smoking inside. Max guest count 8 at any given time. Selfie holding ID required before door code will be set. No loud noise at anytime outside to disrupt neighbors. There’s no street parking at all. Minimum age to book is 25. Ring camera outside at front door. No 3rd party bookings.
