• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
• Parking: Park in the graveled area in front of the studio apartment.
• Shoes: Remove shoes indoors or ensure they are free of dirt to help keep the home clean.
• Overnight Guests: Visiting guests not on the reservation require prior approval.
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please collect and dispose of cigarette butts.
• Firewood for the fireplace is available if you're interested in wood heat. If not, there is amble baseboard heat.

Pet Policy (for Travelers with Animals)
• This home is not pet friendly; sorry no exceptions.

Additional Policies
• Damages: Guests will be charged for stained towels, linens, or damages beyond standard wear and tear.
