Room was very strange with a shower in the corner of the living space. The staff charged us for the room on top of hotels.com and required a $30 *cash* deposit, not credit. The staff said they didnt get paid by hotels.com, so they had to charge us again. If you don't get paid by hotels.com then remove yourself from the site instead of double charging people.

Staff was very accomidateing and helpful. I had to leave early and booked through expedia and had to leave early, expedia said if the people in charge say they will refund then and only then would i get my refund and they did and were very understanding. Appreciate all the staff maholo

Room was falling apart even the floors. The entire hotel smelled like urine and cigarette smoke. Got rudely woken up by next door late check in yelling and banging on door next to my. They kept knocking throughout the night and mowing I couldn’t get any decent sleep. The phone to call the front desk was completely offline and when I called with my phone they never picked up. I asked for a refund and the front desk staff said they were not refunding me because I stayed there. I wasn’t going to leave the room when the people yelling were making threats at each other.
