Nice place, had clean large room. Check in was easy, alot of fast food places to eat walking distance. A few homeless people outside of property. A little bit of street noise but alot better than freeway noise.

Equipment not in usable condition.

We arrived around 6:30 on January 29th from a busy day and a long drive. We entered the room and it was cold. I turned on the heater and was so loud it drowned out the TV. I let it run for a while to warm the room and then had to turn it off. I tried it later with the fan on a lower speed and it was just as loud. To able to sleep, we had to leave the heater off and were cold all night. We expected the equipment in the room to have been checked and to be in usable condition. Also, when we checked out, we were inially charged almost twice of what was posted on Hotels.com site. I showed the confirmation email and the charged was reduced. Due to the charge being incorrect at checkout, we forgot to let the hotel know the heater was not usable.

Door didn't have any seals, you can hear all the noise from outside, both rooms next to it where mocking my walls, the light in the restroom was making a rattling sound annoying,worst nigh of my life, I want a refound completely of my money!!!

Difficult getting internet access but good once connected. Chinese internet company according to log in. No tissue. No place to hang clothes. Very basic. Staff OK. Good location. Food close.

I love the gated parking here. My only issue was the heater not working al the first night but they went in and it was fixed. The rest of the nights we had no problems. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is gated because the neighborhood is rough and noisy. The room needed to be cleaned there was visible large trash everywhere. The heater was not working and it was a cold night.

The rooms at this location are very well kept and are a lot bigger than any other place I have stayed .plus when getting a room tyou don't have to pay extra for a nice size refrigerator or microwave. Plus you have a small coffee pot in your room as well. You don't even have to ask for it the rooms come with them in them no matter w6 witch is very nice.

Decent stay on the way to Sequioa n Kings canyon

Decent stay for a short night sleep. Dated property, but was very usable clean for me. Okay for a cheaper stay on the way to Sequioa national park.
