Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 10am. Please place all dirty towels in laundry room. Turn off all lights and heater/AC. Make sure all windows and doors are closed and house is locked up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
