They only value large groups, tour companies and the like. Don't book as a single traveler. They put the cash cow in the better rooms with hot water.

I cancelled walk in smelled like cheap nasty hotel and when I walked up to the desk clerk she had a sad face. and most of all she said NO HOT Water. I Cancelled my trip to top off they charged me $30 like for cancellation I said WOW and this was on Saturday 20th and today is the 23rd and I still do not have my money back my refund what I paid on the card.

Do not stay at this hotel. There was semen on the bed, dirty pillows, no gas to the building for hot showers, no cable in room, left hotel asking for refund and they refused. Avoid at all costs!!

Hard to sleep with people coming and going at all hours. Their business model is set up to cater to large groups, not individuals. That being said, you don't matter as a customer unless you're in the tour bus. The rooms are ok, but the water pressure is sometimes low and the "hot" water is not even lukewarm at times.

Hotel allows large party in the pool area starting 10:30 pm on a Sunday. No quiet hours. Good luck. Also front desk told me the renovations by the owner were done cheapest as possible and probably not up to code. They'll be fixing it soon so that means more noise and inconvenience.

I checked in Go to my room no hot water no TV on the AC was off unplugged plugged it back in got the AC on took forever. For my room to cool down. Take a shower no hot water. No tv One to the restaurants/bar. Order dinner almost an hour later. The server came back and told me. The cook was nowhere to be found and they were having a gas issue therefore they could not cook anything. All these issues were known to all the staff but yet did not let anybody know when you checked in. Went back to the front desk different personnel. Completely rude and blamed me said I knew of these issues and still chose to stay there. Spoke with who seemed to be the owner she did not care one bit phones are down to you can't call the office. Check out this morning still no hot water took my key to the front desk astro receipt no paper in the printer so to use a map and printed on. That I receive this place needs to major help. No stars given.

Recently changed owners. They appear to be catering to tour groups and/or hosting parties past the decent quiet time hours. I've stayed many times but I can no longer. Single travelers and families should stay away. Many homeless. Shoddy renovations. Yes the water pressure is low in some rooms and the hot water is lacking sometimes. I don't know if that is a code violation or not but they did have inspectors recently.

Walking into the hotel wasn’t bad. I was greeted right away. Clean lobby. Receptionist was very nice and we had some random conversations, which I enjoyed as I had just driven by myself for the last 5 hours. She explained how to get to my room (the hotel is spread out pretty far so she recommended I drive and park in the back gated area). First thing, the gate should open with a room key. Instead, you have to press the call button and wait for someone to answer (took longer than expected) and that’s to get in or out. Arrived to my room. It was well over 100 degrees in my room, while outside was in the 80s with light rain. The window doesn’t open so I turned on the AC. Turned it down as cold as it would go and left to grab some food, in hopes it would have cooled down by the time I returned. Boy was I wrong, 2.5 hours later and it’s still around 95! Finally cooled down around 9pm, 6 hours after arriving. Attempted to take a shower. There was ice cold or cold water. No warm or hot. I struggled to take a cold shower to wash away the day Attempted to watch TV while I relaxed, but that wasn’t going to be possible. The TV doesn’t work! There’s no antenna or cable. It’s not a smart TV so I couldn’t watch any apps (Netflix, Hulu). Was going to hit the gym for a little bit but guess what, there is no gym, just a “room” under construction. Needless to say, I would not stay here again. Outdated and uncomfortable.

Let me see 1/ false advertising they advertise a buffet breakfast included there's no buffet 2/ poor management manager promises to call in an hour weeks later never called 3/ poorly maintained rooms smelly carpet water stains on ceilings mid matched paint Rude rude rude staff We made the mistake of booking two non refundable nights before we stayed the second I wouldn't board a dog there
