Excellent Stay

We loved our stay at this hotel as a quick visit to see friends. The beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options - pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereals, bread, yogurt, etc. The only thing I would say was a slight negative was that the pool is not heated, which would have been nice if it were (being that it's still cold/winter). But, great for a cold plunge if that's your thing!

Nice place. Rooms cleans. Bathroom shower could use a bit of an update but not bad. Great service. Good breakfast. Free parking and a Trader Joe’s and grocery store across the street. Ohhh and room had large tv and decent L shaped couch. Pool looked just ok. Pretty small. Would stay again.

When I first checked in they wanted me to pay an upgrade fee when there concierge Kirsten specifically said it wasn’t going to be an upgraded fee. I spoke with the manager ambar and she seems annnoyed waving the upgraded fee. I told her about the room 217 shower having mold & she didn’t care and said she will have housing keeping take a look. Also at 1am there was a large fight and security had to come up. I complained about the noise complaint & said “ we are currently handling it” idk just would never come again. I felt like I was at a motel
