Peep hole on the door was cracked or dirty. Tried to clean it but couldn't and could not see thru at all. No safety latch thing at the top of the door. Not the best best area in terms of homeless people about in the area but they just stay because the fwy exit and Walmart is right there. Seemed pretty safe. No bugs in my room, checked very well.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful when Wifi did not work in my room. However, the room was poor and I would not stay there again.

BEST IN ALL OF BAKERSFIELD

Okay so. I am pretty much living out of motels so i have been all in bakersfield and this studio six is by far the best. Motel ive ever stayed at. They are very kind and understanding the rooms are huge and modern. They treat my 74 year old mother like she is there own mother. I truly WISH WE COULD JUST STAY HERE FOR COUPLE MONTHS. STRAIGHT ty so much
