The hotel was adequate. It was great that the breakfast had pancakes and waffles, but there was no syrup or butter. On top of that, the lock failed and we were locked out of our room temporarily very late at night and weren't able to open the lock. Luckily, Gabriel from the night staff was present. It is important to me to note for the hotel and review that Gabriel the night manager was excellent-- he was extremely helpful, very courteous, and very professional. We arrived close to midnight, but he was very communicative, and did all he could to resolve the issue. We ended up having to change rooms because the key wouldn't work but Gabriel accommodated us in another room quickly. I cannot thank him enough for all his effort and being such a superstar late at night. I would rate his service at 10 stars. Thank you so much Paul

wasnt expecting much but first night checked in and i had to swat 10+ flies. had there not been the flies i woulda thought ok and not be compelled to write this mid review. also they had complimentary waffles but no syrup no butter, nothing. just a plain waffle. and some “coffee” with no cups to use just had to use the small shot glass size cups used for the waffle batter.

We were able to request handicap unit (walk in showerr) upon arrival. Very accomadating(?) Staff was very friendly and communicated with all guests as we were eating breakfast. We interacted with 3 staff members while we were there, very friendly.

Checked in. Stayed fo 15 mins. Check out. Very bad Smell. How come expedia even offer this room. I just check the reviews after we check out. Lots of people have complained about the smell. I ask for refund but was denied. Lesson learned. Expedia saying they can not refund because hotel doesnt want to. I told them i didnt book with them. I booked with you. They just passing the buck. I will take more action and will make complaint to authorities.

Ok this place is so worth the buck- 2am breakfast (it really does start at that time). I got up at 6am made waffles with syrup, cappuccino vanilla flavored, and orange juice. The room has good size space -2 beds. I COULDN'T HEAR THE FREEWAY TRAFFIC AT ALL!!! If you normally travel this way please listen to me it's worth what you pay and more! It's so affordable I can't stress this and yeah it's not some fancy place, but you stay here at the best rate just to lay your head for a couple nights your good!- This review is for the seasoned travelers on a budget.

The first room was moldy and smelled of urine. We asked for it to be cleaned and the front desk gave us a different room. This one was clean but bedspreads had tears and holes in them. The beds were moderately comfortable and the air conditioner was operational and quiet.
