I was travelling and really needed a place to do a work meeting the following morning. The outside / front building looked great so I decided to make my reservation here instead of another property. When I arrived , I was greeted by a very friendly person and got my room immediately. The following morning , I wanted to use their WiFi( they have free and paid WiFi ). The free WiFi didn’t work, reported the issue to the front desk and they acted like they didn’t care. There was definitely an issue with the WiFi as it didn’t work on two computers and an iPhone . I asked another guest and he said it wasn’t working .
I had to check- out earlier and go to the nearest McDonalds. McDonalds WiFi worked fine without any issues .
The following morning, the front desk lady was RUDE, I meant extremely rude and unfriendly to the point that she doesn’t greet guest. You won’t hear a “ good morning , may I help you? Instead you will get a nasty look like if I had to beg her . I paid cash for my deposit ( $100.00 ) , I had to reminded her about it , otherwise , she didn’t mention anything about returning it . This unfriendly environment is the reason I would never stay at this property. I’m platinum with Expedia staying more than 100 nights per year so this poorly customer service should be reported and perhaps they will have a chat with the general manager .
Also, there is no ironing board , they don’t expect guests to iron anything .
Housekeeping is Doing an amazing job.
