Yuxu anti-cafe and co-living space is unique and outstanding place in Sumgait city. Situated right on the beach, it offers stunning seaside views and easy access to the beach. Yuxu combines co-living space with an anti-café, creating a lively and social atmosphere. It is a 3 floor building with a terrace on top of it. 1st and 2nd floors are co-living spaces where we host guests. 3rd floor is used as an anti-café where young people play board games.

Rooms are twin with all needed facilities. In both floor, there is a shared kitchen and bathroom with all utensils. 1st floor is designated for males, while 2nd floor is for females. Yuxu provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and free bicycles. You can also take advantage of the shared kitchen to cook your own dishes or grab a coffee or snack at the anti-café. It is only 5 mins away from the beach and the main road. It is within easy reach of everything you need. 24 hours supermarket is just located in front. Public transportation is readily available, and bicycles are provided for those who want to explore the city on two wheels.
