The detached holiday home, built in 1987 and renovated in 2022, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sunlounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
