Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war u kompliziert, die Möbel sind abgenutzt. Teilweise wurden die MĂ€ngel durch den Hausbesitzer behoben.KĂŒchenutensilien waren etwas ĂŒppig vorhanden. Markthalle und spar sind zu Fuss erreichbar.Wir werden auf alle fĂ€lle fals das Haus nochverfĂŒgbsr ist wieder buchen.Die Lage ist super. Vielleicht Beim nĂ€chsten Mal mehr sand im sandkasten wĂ€re toll

Prima tijd gehad in dit nette huis. Helaas was de airco kapot waar we wel een finaciele compensatie voor hebben gekregen. Ook een toilet was verstopt en de eigenaar heeft zijn best gedaan om dit op te loossen maar zopnedr succes.

Jolie maison dont l'entretien est négligé

Une belle maison dont l'entretien est abandonnĂ© depuis de nombreuses occupations. Des fenĂȘtres difficiles Ă  ouvrir voire impossible, poignĂ©es mouvantes, pas de lampes de chevet...L'Ă©quipement en cuisine malgrĂ© de grands placards vides est prĂ©caire et usĂ©, plaque de cuisson Ă©lectrique fendue, aucun mode d'emploi pour l'utilisation des Ă©quipements Ă©lectriques.Le nettoyage de fond annoncĂ© dans les documents d’Interhome n’a pas Ă©tĂ© fait depuis longtemps. Jardin Ă  l'abandon et nĂ©gligĂ© sur le cĂŽtĂ© gauche de la terrasse. Notre arrivĂ©e tardive certes Ă  20h15 mais signalĂ©e n'Ă©tait pas Ă  la hauteur d'un accueil digne. Je fus reçue dans la rue sur une poubelle pour rĂ©gler la caution et signer les papiers.Le passĂ© et le potentiel de la maison sauve les 3 Ă©toiles globalement.

Mooi ruim vakantiehuis

Mooi en ruim vakantiehuis op een mooie plek, dichtbij veel faciliteiten. Woonkamer is mooi ruim, met 3 bankstellen. (de enige onvoldoende, want deze bankstellen waren zeer slecht). Ondanks dat hebben we ons zeer goed vermaakt in dit huis.

Tolles Haus, aber mit MĂ€ngeln

Es ist ein wirklich schönes Haus, nur leider in keinem sehr guten Pflegezustand. Das ist wirklich schade drum. 5. Schlafzimmer ist im Flur ein mit Vorhang abgeteilter Bereich. Zustand Garten ist nicht wie auf den Fotos! Es gibt kein Spielhaus und keine Schaukel. LiegestĂŒhle sind kaputt. Die Fotos sind ĂŒberaltert!!! Couch im Wohnzimmer durchgebrochen. KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet und funktioniert. Bis auf die Dreckecken ist es ein ganz schönes GrundstĂŒck. EingezĂ€unt und sicher auch fĂŒr die Autos.

4 Zimmer ist ĂŒbertrieben. Zwei Betten mit einem Vorhang abgegrenzt ist kein Zimmer. Wasser-Druck war sehr problematisch. Viele kleine MĂ€ngel (Fenster etc.)

(+)geniale zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage. Fahrzeuge stehen in umfriedeten, nicht einsehbarem GelĂ€nde. GerĂ€umiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung, z.B. Billard, Fitnessraum, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd und Klima. Gepflegter Garten mit Kinderrutsche und Kletterturm. (-) Teile der Einrichtung waren defekt bzw. eingeschrĂ€nkt Nutzbar, z.B. Sofa mittlerer Sitzplatz durchgebrochen, Kaffemaschine benötigt fĂŒr 5 Tassen ca. 1,5h BrĂŒhzeit, KĂŒhlschrank TĂŒrgetrĂ€nkehalter fehlte, LĂŒfter WC Obergeschoss sehr laut, AufhĂ€nger Duschbrause Bad EG defekt, 1 Queue vom Billarspiel ohne Pomeranze (wĂŒnschenswert) Fliegengitter fĂŒr Fenster OG, WĂ€schestĂ€nder sowie TĂŒrzuziehhilfe fĂŒr TerrassentĂŒr. (Fazit) Das Objekt ist nicht makellos aber empfehlenswert.

TrÚs belle maison et bien agencée

Ce serait bien s'il y avait un mode d'emploi pour l'utilisation des différentes machines (cafetiÚre, hotte (surtout qu'il fallait allumer la lumiÚre afin que la hotte fonctionne ainsi que la prise électrique du plafonnier dans la salle de bain du bas) ainsi que le mode d'emploi de la clim. Autrement tout est OK.
