The residence is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: parasol, sunlounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing and courtyard. Boiler.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
