Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors connect the open-plan living space to the terrace, so the water view follows you from the L-shaped sofa to the dining table, while the kitchen handles self-catering easily with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine.

Outside, the shared garden holds a children\'s pool and table tennis, making it perfect for families. During summer, you can also relax in the shared outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna, and a pop-up bar by the water. The surrounding region belongs to Hungary\'s Balaton wine country, with local producers like the Konyári Winery a 10-minute drive away, and go-karting, horse riding and paintball all close at hand. For a bigger day out, Balaton Uplands National Park, with its hills, forests and panoramic lake views, is about a one-hour and 10-minute drive.
