The detached holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2022, is furnished in a rustic, functional style typical of the region. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the panoramic views from the property and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Balatonszentgyörgy, 100 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. Outdoor area.
