panorama incroyable sur les falaises et la rivière. (acces à la rivière, 300 mètres environ, 5 mn à pied.)

Une terrasse couverte idéale pour partager un apéro entre amis ou un petit dej au calme.

Une vraie maison de vacances avec tout le charme de l'ancien. Immense terrain attenant sans voisins. Louable toute l' année avec son poële à bois.

Au cœur de l'Ardèche méridionale et à proximité de la Grotte Chauvet. Vous pourrez vous ressourcer dans le calme, visiter Balazuc et d'autres villages de caractère, comme Vogué, Labeaume, Ruoms, Proche de Vallon Pont d'Arc.

Nombreuses activités possible : Baignade, Pêche, Canoé-kayak, randonnée, VTT voie verte proche du village, équitation, spéléo, escalade dans le village sur les falaises des barrasses.
