Just steps away from the sand, Bonnie Dune boasts soothing Atlantic seascapes and alluring sunsets. Situated in the award-winning community of Flora's Bluff, this two-bedroom/2.5-bath oceanfront cottage beckons you to relax to ocean lullabies on its covered porch swing, dine alfresco-style on the screened porch and enjoy BHI's South Beach via a private beach boardwalk and access. Inside you'll appreciate the open living space featuring hardwood floors, bright, natural light and a mounted 65 inch flat screen smart TV. The nearby dining area boasts a table that easily accommodates six and the adjacent kitchen gleams with quartz countertops, wine fridge, bar seating, and loads of counter space. There's also a bonus sunroom with an additional 50-inch smart TV that is the perfect spot for movies, cozy conversations or a quick nap.

Upstairs the Owner's Suite features a King bed, a spa-like bath and a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views-an ideal place for morning coffee, dolphin watching or late night stargazing. The second suite offers two Queen beds and a private full bath. Bonnie Dune's additional amenities include: WIFI, a Bluetooth home stereo system, games and reading library, beach chairs/beach umbrella, outdoor shower, outdoor gas grill, fenced backyard and a six-passenger golf cart. Convenient access to WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance so that you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends. One dog allowed (unless pre-approval granted) for a required additional non-refundable $300 fee. This property does not provide bicycles however they can be rented on the island. Bonnie Dune has memberships available at BOTH CLUBS! The BHI Club/Shoals Club are independent from WWP or any WWP properties. As such, all arrangements for temporary memberships must be handled by renters directly with the Clubs. Renters are strongly encouraged to make desired reservations with the club immediately upon booking, and also to become familiar with club policies, procedures, and schedules. WWP representatives will not be able to answer most club-related questions.
