The Space:
Set on 60 acres, including 5 acres of manicured grounds, Panorama Farm is a truly one-of-a-kind retreat nestled in the heart of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. This listing gives you access to two of the four architecturally designed ‘Pavilions’ on the property. The farm boasts breathtaking panoramic views stretching from Black Mountain to Mount Ninderry, Mount Coolum, and the coastline of the Sunshine Coast. As night falls, the sparkling lights of Mooloolaba create a magical backdrop, perfect for relaxing evenings. Whether you're welcoming the sunrise over the ocean, dining alfresco with friends, or stargazing under clear hinterland skies by the firepit, Panorama Farm offers an unforgettable escape. Panorama Pavilion - The Living & Dining Space
Panorama Pavilion is the main pavilion on the property, offering a luxurious and functional living space designed to embrace the stunning panoramic views. Floor-to-ceiling glass bifold doors wrap around the pavilion, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Inside, the open-plan design includes a spacious living area, dining space, and a high-spec kitchen. The living area is thoughtfully furnished with two comfortable leather sofas, three stylish sitting chairs, a cosy fireplace, and a large wall-mounted smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or entertaining guests. The adjacent dining area features a long wooden table that seats twelve, ideal for gatherings and family meals. The modern kitchen boasts top-tier appliances including a fridge, induction stovetop, oven, coffee pod machine and a range of small appliances for your culinary needs.
Behind the kitchen, you'll find a well-equipped butler’s pantry with a second fridge and a convenient powder room. Further beyond is a dedicated laundry space with a front-loading washing machine, dryer, and a cleverly integrated office area that captures the spectacular views. Step outside the pavilion and you’ll discover a BBQ area with an outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying sunset happy hours against a breathtaking natural backdrop.
Sunrise Pavilion - Bedroom 1 (King), Living Space (Queen Sofa Bed) & Bathroom 1
The Sunrise Pavilion is a serene and beautifully appointed private retreat that sleeps 4 and is designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking views. The spacious master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and portable heater. The open living area features an air-conditioning unit, dining table for four, a queen sofa bed, making it a cosy and functional space to relax. The spacious bathroom was designed to impress with a walk-in open shower, double vanity, toilet and a freestanding bath that is thoughtfully positioned to capture the stunning natural surroundings. Kindly note that this is the only pavilion featuring air-conditioning.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to 2 out of the 4 separate dwellings on the property (& excluding the shed). There is space to park two cars in the garage, two at the entry and two on the unsurfaced driveway. The home is located in a rural residential zone and is positioned at the end of a steep half surfaced and half dirt road driveway, please note there is an electric fence surrounding the grounds.

Take a trip to Flame Hill Vineyard (20-minute drive away), or stroll along the main street of Montville. This area is known for its scenic drives, hikes, stunning lookouts, waterfalls and delicious local produce. The home is a 20-minute drive to the Kondalilla National Park where you will find picturesque hiking trails, lush rainforests and a swimming hole with a waterfall to cool off in the warmer months.
