Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all trash in bags and dispose of it in the gray storage bin located in the carport. Be sure to close the lid securely.
Please set the hot tub temperature to 90°F and ensure the cover is securely replaced afterward.
Please place all used sheets and pillowcases in the laundry baskets located in each bedroom closet. Used towels should go in the hamper in the bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Secluded and peaceful. What more could you ask for? Excellent kitchen, we have stayed other places and the lighting was horrible. The entire house was well lit, including the most important, the kitchen. The hot tub was great to have in the evening, however it would be awesome to have shade during the sunny parts of the day. Spacious kitchen and bathroom! We loved the house and this has probably been our best stay over any rental. The only issue that we did have, was the lack of water pressure and hot water. We did not reach out to the owner, as we just wanted peace and quiet for our anniversary. Aside from the water taking forever to heat up and lack of water pressure, we would definitely book again. Not sure if the water issue was an ongoing issue or just a happen so. Kitchen was well equipped with anything and everything, including Saran Wrap! The unique house just added to the pleasurable experience.

This place has it all! It’s beautiful, clean, homey, provides so many amenities. You show up with clothes and food and you don’t have to leave! The hot tub, fire pit, fire place and scenery are amazing. I can’t wait to visit again!

A Hidden Gem

We go to Baldwin every year to fish for Steelhead and this was our first time staying at this property. The hot tub after a long day on the river was a must and the living room set up was great for watching a movie and unwinding

Relaxing weekend in a beautiful, quiet setting

Wonderful get-away

Everything was very clean and cozy. My husband and I had a great time and loved checking out the nearby trails. The hot tub was also a big plus in the snowy cold weather! We would love to return in the future with our daughter and stay again!

Perfect getaway - beautiful cabin in the woods

We had a glorious stay! The hot tub, electric fireplace, and everything were super! We had a fun time around town hiking. Playing board games and cooking food inside was terrific. Highly recommend!
