Villa Oliba is a modern one-storey house with stone details that can accommodate up to 5+1 guests. Outside there is a private swimming pool, perfect for sports activities on vacation or just a refreshing dip on a hot summer day. Of course, sun loungers and parasols are also available for a complete relaxation experience. You don't even have to enter the villa when it's time for lunch or dinner. The covered terrace has an outdoor kitchen and a large dining table right next to it. After your daily meals, you can head to the lounge area and enjoy an afternoon coffee. The connection between outside and inside is particularly emphasized in this villa by many glass walls, which allow a direct exit/view of the surroundings and let in a lot of light. The covered terrace offers direct access to the open spaces of the living room, kitchen and dining room. A neutral, modern design spreads throughout the space and a special detail is the marble-clad fireplace in the living room, which creates a special atmosphere. The most interesting detail of this room is certainly the wide glass wall opposite the kitchen. The modern kitchen with wood and marble details offers a direct view of the pool and olive tree through this glass wall, and in the same area there is also a skylight on the upper side. Continuing on, there are 3 modern and neutrally decorated bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms but also have their own special features. The master bedroom has an interesting glass wall overlooking the pool, while the second bedroom has direct access to the terrace and pool. Bale is a small place in the continental part of Istria near Rovinj. A good location for day trips either towards the coast or further inland. There are plenty of opportunities to explore beaches and bays, and from the towns you should definitely visit Rovinj and Pula. In Rovinj, you will be amazed by the colorful houses and the Church of St. Euphemia at the top of the old town. Visit numerous sights in Pula and, if you can, be sure to attend a concert in the Pula Arena. In the inner part of Istria you will find many taverns and restaurants with Istrian delicacies, and there are also numerous wineries where you can taste local wines.
