From the living room with its well-equipped open kitchen, you have direct access to the 12m² terrace on the garden side. A wonderful barbecue area is available to guests in the garden near the pool. The cozy seating area invites you to enjoy convivial evenings around the barbecue. The large saltwater pool is shared by the guests of Villa Nina and the neighboring Casa Istriana.
The friendly hosts also live in the house and are always available to answer any questions you may have. Of course, the vacation apartment also has a parking space on the enclosed property.
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.
