The beautiful and modern Villa Noble 1 is located in the small village of Bale and can accommodate up to 6 people. Villa Noble 1 is actually a sister building and shares the basement with Villa Noble 2. The villa can be rented as 2 separate units. If you are looking for a luxurious vacation, then Villa Noble 1 is the right choice for you. All guests are greeted on arrival with seasonal organic home-grown vegetables as an introduction to the taste of Istria.



At your disposal is an indoor pool with a wellness spa room and a sauna in the basement as well as an outdoor pool. Every morning when you wake up and make your first cup of coffee or tea and want to swim in the outdoor pool, you will be greeted by a beautiful view of the nearby nature and greenery. The first floor of the villa has a luxurious living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook fine meals for your family and friends. The second floor is designed as a sleeping area and has 3 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The villa radiates freshness and spaciousness thanks to the large glass surfaces. Outside, there is a covered terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy dinner together. There is also a charging station for electric cars. It is good to mention that guests of this villa have free access to the Paleo Water Park as well as to Mon Perin Camping, its beaches and amenities. Important: Villa Noble 1 is not a house for parties and younger groups are not allowed.Villa Noble 1 offers not only a very luxurious ambience, but also an excellent location. It is located on the west coast of Istria in the historic town of Bale, which is built on a hill and is surrounded by beautiful olive groves and vineyards. Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches are only 7 km away from the villa. Local restaurants are also close to the villa and the offer of Istrian specialties and wines is first class. The towns of Rovinj and Pula are a 30-minute drive away. In Pula you should definitely visit the Colosseum of Pula, the Colosseum as well as many other sights and cultural and entertainment events, especially in the summer months. Rovinj is a romantic town full of narrow streets and colorful houses with excellent restaurants and gastronomic offer. The Istria region offers everything you could want for a relaxing and exciting vacation.
