The detached villa, built in 1930 and renovated in 2012, is furnished in a modern, rustic, and luxurious style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the forests and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.
