This luxurious holiday home with its own jetty in Balk, Frisian, is very suitable for holidays with the family. You can step straight into your sloop from your villa. You have a direct connection to the Frisian Slotermeer from which you can get anywhere. The water villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV and a spacious dining table. The furnishings are very modern. The villa has a downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom. So a lot of luxury and privacy.

Balk, located in the Frisian Lake District, is characterized by its historic center located on the Luts River, part of the Eleven Cities Route. You can shop extensively along the canal or sit at one of the cozy terraces. The unique villages along the Elfstedentocht route are also definitely worth a visit.

L'ensemble du lieu ressemblait à un petit coin de paradis, Le salon était moderne et lumineux, parfait pour les réunions de famille, Nous avons vraiment apprécié de pouvoir accéder directement au quai et monter sur notre voilier, La cuisine était bien équipée, et nous avons préparé de bons repas, Le seul petit inconvénient était que le WiFi était un peu lent, mais honnêtement, qui en a besoin quand on est entouré d'une telle beauté ? Le salon spacieux était parfait pour nos réunions de famille, et le mobilier moderne nous a fait sentir chez nous, L'accès direct à l'eau depuis le quai était un point fort – nous avons passé des heures sur notre voilier à explorer le magnifique Slotermeer frison, Le jardin était charmant, et nous avons apprécié de dîner en plein air sur la terrasse, L'emplacement est calme, mais suffisamment proche pour visiter des endroits pittoresques comme le centre historique et les villages voisins, Je recommande vivement pour une escapade en famille !
