1. Due to health regulations, the kitchen is not available for guests to use. You are, however, able to put items in the fridge located in the kitchen during your stay.
2. We do not serve breakfast but will hav some grab and go items in the guest services station located in the kitchen. There is a toaster and a microwave located in this area also that you are welcome to use.
3. Reminder that quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please be respectful to our other guests and neighbors that are private residences. Each room is equipped with a noise machine for your convenience.
4. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside or on the porches on our property.
5. If evidence of smoking, pets, glitter/confetti, or vomit in your room is found, we reserve the right to charge an additional $150 cleaning fee.
