The Ruby Lee Room is warm, quaint and full of character. This room is decorated with beautiful quilts and vintage touches that give it a nostalgic, handcrafted feel. The Ruby Lee room is a second story bedroom. The Ball Ground house is the premier place to stay in the downtown district!
1. Due to health regulations the kitchen is not available for guest to use. You are however able to put items in the fridge located in the kitchen.
2. We do not serve breakfast but will have some grab and go items in the guest services station located in the kitchen. There is a toaster and a microwave located in this area also that you are welcome to use.
3. Remember quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please be respectful to our other guests and neighbors that are private residences.
4. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside or on the porches.
5. If evidence of smoking, pets, glitter/confetti, or vomit in your room is found, we reserve the right to charge an additional $150 cleaning fee.
