The apartment is located on the first floor of a private villa, accessible via an external staircase. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a rustic fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and all the essential utensils, to ensure maximum comfort. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the bathroom is equipped with everything you need and a washing machine. Guests also have access to the garden and to a large covered terrace on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals around a large dining table.
Ballabio is a delightful village with all the essential services, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. In just 10 minutes, you can reach Lecco, a bustling lakeside town, perfect for taking in spectacular views, taking boat trips and exploring historic places. Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
