Was truly an amazing stay. Highly recommend coming with a larger group and having the whole place to yourselves as it was so cosy and wonderful. My group wished we stayed longer in fact! We will be returning whenever in the area for some truly relaxing evenings.

Was charged an obscene amount for completely fabricated damage and have been given zero evidence of it. Sat outside ages as the key code did,nt work at all. Exterior of the building looked to be falling down in places. inside has multiple issues

Check in instructions were never sent and emails to the rental agency were never answered. I had to call when we got there to get specific address and door code. There is another cottage at the beginning of the road with the same name. The owner was there cleaning when we arrived after check in time. He left without finishing. We were unsure if bedding had been cleaned and it took three emails for him to respond to the email regarding what was cleaned and what wasn’t. Dirty rags were left on counters. Crumbs on counter and dirt and crumbs on the kitchen, dining, and living room floor. When I inquired, owner said he may have had a snack while cleaning. The upstairs seemed cleaner. Lots of room. A shower and toilet in each room. One shower upstairs didn’t turn on but we had plenty of bathrooms. This property could be great with an improvement in cleaning and communication. Better communication alone could have resolved some concerns without undo worry and time spent waiting for a straight forward reply.
