A private road leads to the house which includes 3 bedrooms featuring solid oak beds, a high specification fully equipped kitchen, a 6-seater dining room, a spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower, a large lounge with leather suite and a fully equipped laundry room. Patio doors in the lounge and dining room lead to an extensive decking area with outdoor table and seating, perfect for alfresco dining.

The property also includes a large private garden and on-site private parking area for 3 vehicles.
