What a great historical hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The room was up to date and the staff was helpful with our luggage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent. There was no problem with parking on site, especially upon our late night return from the Sovereign Hill Aura event.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely, staff helpful and restaurant was great. Karine in the dining room was fantastic. She was very attentive, pleasant and friendly.

One night for Christmas

Christmas night stay so knew that there would be restrictions. The hotel advised us well beforehand that there would be no reception or restaurant facilities. Communication was excellent. Small problem with the tv remote that was easily fixed. Very comfortable sleep.
