The Reception Lady was very professional in her greeting and service. The first room allocated was quite small and we requested a change which was arranged very quickly, this is what good client is built on and suited us. On entering the room we were very impressed, clean and impressive. We were there only overnight and impressed that next time in Ballarat we will stay there.

Decor is beautiful, our room was very clean, spacious and very quiet, location of hotel is perfect, parking is great and breakfast was very good. On the negative side there is only instant coffee in the room (yuck), only one towel per person and the room servicing carts were parked outside our room all evening and were still there next morning… not a “luxury” experience.

Room was clean, 2 bedroom unit was lovely. Front door squeaked and we had to get someone to fix it. Power point in main bathroom did not seem to work. Coffee machine leaked water. For a room that is meant to be accessible having chairs lines up all the way to the door of the unit does not make it accessible. They need to update information sheets in room, the info sheet states you can call reception, room service etc by using the phone in the room. There is no such phone. Would be nice if they could replace dead plants, it is not a great look. Meals at Lola were lovely. Desserts were amazing!

Love the provincial! Stayed many times. Beautiful, comfortable rooms and the best location. I will never understand how a luxury priced hotel doesn’t have sound proofing against those boom gates going all night. Light sleepers beware!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had - the room was spectacular. Bed was like a cloud - dressed in wonderful linen and fantastic pillows. The room was exactly as shown in the photos - clean, exceptional staff, everything beautifully designed and styled. Would love to stay there again.

A lovely property with a spacious room, comfy bed and a big bathroom. Its right across the street from Ballerat train stn and it was easy to walk everywhere. The restaurant attached to the hotel, is called Lola and was wonderful. Great atmosphere, delicious food and customer service team were fantastic!

Amazing hotel with the best customer service ever! We were here for a wedding weekend and they helped us with early check ins and late check outs plus cutlery/plates for the bridal suite. Fantastic French restaurant downstairs. Just bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper due to nearby train tracks. Would stay here again

Quaint little hotel near amenities

Fantastic location and walking distance to many places. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. While rooms are small it was more than enough for an overnight business trip. Would recommend and stay again.
