The room was exceptionally clean Bed was a bit soft but lovely probably do with some updated mattresses Rain a bit small but it served my purposes for all overnight stay Although the front desk was closed after 6:00 p.m. they made sure the process was just as easy as if they were open. Communication was exceptional. The restaurant staff when I arrived we're so friendly and as it was soon to close make sure there was a table waiting when I dropped off my bags. Would definitely stay here again

The Provincial is a wonderful choice for an overnight stay in Ballarat. The hotel is beautifully presented, with clean, comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The location is ideal—central and convenient, yet still quiet enough for a great night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and attentive, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless.
