As you ascend the striking staircase, you’ll be welcomed into the main living area, an open-plan space featuring a modern kitchen outfitted with the latest appliances. Sliding glass doors open to a spacious balcony, seamlessly extending the living area outdoors. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon sundowners while taking in the stunning ocean views.

Also upstairs, the master bedroom provides a retreat of its own, complete with a king-sized bed, a luxurious ensuite, and a large walk-in robe.

Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. One is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the other features two single beds. The large main bathroom is a true standout, with a freestanding bath, and there’s also a convenient additional powder room.
