Set in an absolute riverfront location with a private waterfront, white sandy beach and calm, clear waters, Paradise.Sands is a spacious riverside retreat perfect for families or groups seeking space, tranquillity and a relaxed coastal escape - whatever the season.

Located at the end of a quiet laneway on North Creek, the home offers direct access to the water and use of kayaks and a paddleboard, or simply relax and watch the tide roll in and dolphins swim by.

This beautifully refreshed 1970s residence blends vintage character with comfort. Original features like the classic bathrooms, retro kitchen layout and timber staircase are thoughtfully styled with furnishings that honour the era.

Winter stays here are something special. Curl up beside the stunning wood fireplace in the lounge - the best seat in the house on a cool evening, with plenty of pre-cut wood ready to go in the wood store. As the sun goes down, head to the firepit at the end of the lawn and watch the last light fade over the river.

Days unfold at a gentle rhythm - mornings with soft light and birdsong, afternoons on the expansive grassy yard, ideal for picnics, lawn games or relaxing under a shady tree. From water adventures to backyard fun, families can enjoy two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, a basketball hoop, soccer goals and multiple TVs across the home.

Whether paddling on the river, gathering around the fire or watching the sun set over the water, Paradise.Sands is a home where you can slow down, reconnect, and create lasting memories.

For local adventures, walking and cycling are ideal along the river pathways. Guests can also bring bikes or hire them locally for a scenic ride. The Ballina-Byron Gateway Airport is only minutes from the property making arrivals and departures effortless.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this home spans three floors with an internal staircase so you'll need to be able bodied to stay here. For preservation, the antique piano are decorative only and not available for guest use.

The property accommodates 8 guests in beds, with space for up to 10 when the rumpus room sofa is included. Please let us know if you require access to the sofa bed so we can ensure linen is provided.
