Sleeping up to 6 and positioned at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will enjoy peace and privacy in this ultra-modern holiday home. The striking features capture your attention straight away, as will the furnishings and finishings that have been installed with care.
Inside, the natural light comes at all angles from the cleverly placed windows, inviting the outside in, featuring polished concrete floors throughout and louvered windows to also capture the ocean breezes.
With generous space to draw on, the open living and dining area is the perfect place to come together with your friends and family, offering an eight-seater dining table, three-seater couch, occasional chairs, and a smart TV – this space offers plenty of personality and is furnished perfectly for comfort.
The well-equipped kitchen lends itself to congregation and conversation among family and friends whilst preparing a delicious meal, and includes a coffee machine to start your mornings right. For a slice of the beautiful natural climate, opt for alfresco dining on the covered back deck with the gourmet BBQ.
