Designed for relaxation and effortless entertaining, The Penthouse features four spacious bedrooms and two beautifully appointed bathrooms. The master suite includes a private ensuite, while the main bathroom is a retreat in itself, complete with a deep soaking tub.

Very comfortable and great views. Well set up. Excellent communication and easy access via coded lock box.Vehicle access interesting, and the only outdoor usable area is a thin verandah (this is only something we notice as we come from the bush)

The penthouse is beautiful, modern and roomy. We had five adults, a toddler and a baby and there was plenty of room. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The view is just amazing and it is visible from kitchen, dining and lounge rooms. Also room on the balcony for drinks and more view watching. Shaw’s Bay Hotel and a fish &chips, pizza etc shop are a short walk away. Near Ballina town centre with cafes, supermarkets, clothing and jewelry stores - very close by as well. Highly recommend a stay at The Penthouse Lazy Days on Shaws Bay.

Amazing views

This was a beautifully set up property with the most wonderful views and access to water. The 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms was great for a group of our size. Katya was a very communicative host and provided information to us as needed which was very reassuring.

A great place to stay in Ballina

We stayed for 5 nights at this property to spend Xmas with family in Ballina. The apartment is a delight, comfortably and stylishly furnished with magnificent views over Shaw’s Bay and out to the ocean. It is an easy walk down to Shaw’s Bay and a quick drive to a surf beach. Katya is a great host, communicating well and offering to provide recommendations for restaurants, etc. We had a lovely holiday here and would gladly return when next visiting the area.
