Disappointing

Our stay was okay however a few experiences we encountered was disappointing. Some of the equipment was old, coffee machine was broken and could not be used. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms, limited towels to use for 6 people. We were equipped to braai but was not able to as the gas braai was not working. We were very disappointed with this as we specifically enquired about this before checking in. There was no WiFi available and lack of communication on the welcome pack regarding WiFi and other info. There was no dishwashing tablets although there was a dishwasher. One of rooms lacked a remote for the Aircon, it was very hot and uncomfortable. For the price we paid for this upmarket area, it certain lacked some finesse and many necessary items.
