Charming cottage by the river, you will enjoy a true haven of peace in the countryside with the only sounds of flowing water and birdsong.
The cottage is 30 minutes from Le Mans and the 24h circuit with access to the motorway 7km away. At 150m, a hiking trail and a fishing trail are available to you as well as a water sports center and equestrian center nearby. You will also find shops 2 km away.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, etc.) with dining area.
