NEW apartment, well decorated, 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the Atlantic shopping and central promenade of Camboriú (walking), with supermarket, pharmacies, banks, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Next to the tourist complex of Christ.
Well ventilated, excellent for rest days, it has a suite with a new queen bed and air conditioning + a bedroom with a new double bed and a bathroom in front of the room.
The sofa in the living room is retractable and comfortable, accommodating a person peacefully.
The apartment has a spacious living room, in neutral colors, with 43 "smartv with Netflix and cable TV with 190 channels and free wifi for guests.
Kitchen equipped with cooktop, electric oven and duplex refrigerator and blender. Bench with two stools and table with four chairs.
Showers and taps with gas heating.
The laundry consists of a washer and dryer + small tank, a small aluminum clothesline, located in the technical area, a vacuum cleaner and other utensils necessary to keep the apartment clean.
