Pontos positivos: localização excelente, prédio bonito e novo, espaço do quarto muito confortável. Pontos negativos: o prédio ainda está em construção e havia barulho e funcionários de obra nas garagens e varandas, chuveiro muito fraco e vazamento embaixo da pia. Ganhamos 15% de estorno pelos transtornos, mas ainda assim fica o ponto negativo pois a propriedade não deveria alugar um apto com obras acontecendo no local, isso foi um descaso com o cliente.
