The hotel is an old building that was renovated several years ago. Carpet visibly dirty & they use A LOT of deodorizer overall here. Reeks. I woke up middle of nite with headache & itchy eyes. Would never stay in a Loft again.

I give the hotel a 2.5/10 its not bad the check in area/lobby smells great looks really nice but soon as you go up to the floor it gives motel vibes it does not fit how it looks in the picture you can hear people from next door the beds are hard and noisy I've stayed at different hotels that was more comfortable. Plus it's a $15 a night parking. I wouldn't stay there longer than a night not too bad but can be better.

This was the poorest A Loft I have ever stayed. I traveled to attend my grandmother’s funeral and was not pleased with the overall hotel. I stayed in room 511 and the walls were not fully painted. The roomed needed to be repainted and looked like it was under construction. Old and new paint on the walls. Literally two different tones. The hallways had a smell. Like feet and old furniture. It was very stuffy. The A/C machine was loud and made noise when it turned off. I was not notified that the house keeping did not clean the room daily, only upon request. They don’t even come get dirty towels. You have to let them pile up in a corner. The overall property photos truly did not reflect the hotel quality. The photos made it look a lot better but in reality you were not getting the impression of quality. I felt like I was staying in a motel branded by ALoft. The desk staff were nice and friendly.

The hotel has received some unflattering reviews but I found it very acceptable. I needed a place that had shuttle service to the airport and was quiet for one night. I liked the simplicity of the room. However, I can understand why some people would not like it. Overall, I will stay there again if given similar circumstances.

The staff was extremely helpful at this hotel. They were so accomodating and let me check in very early due to an early flight coming in. Tranportation from the airport is also a plus...the only thing is definitely make sure you check the specifics on times it runs. I needed to go back to the airport during at 12 and shuttle was not running, so I had to take an Uber. Another plus: the dry bar shampoo and conditioner was the best I've ever used on my hair! I have been looking up how to buy this exact product and no luck so far....if anyone can assist me with that please tell where I can purchase these products!!! The pool was also only half full during my stay, but the pros and customer service definitely outweighed the cons!
