Parking wasn’t even on site. We had to walk with a child, a few blocks to park in a garage that wasn’t even included in the price, and it was super cold. Nowhere to park when checking in.

Great stay for two days on Valentines day. Kitchen area was very helpful had all silverware, pots,pans etc. Clean room and peaceful stay. Only thing i didnt like that i wasnt told we couldnt use chime cards for the incidental fee so make sure to bring major bank cards. Great experience overall at the hotel.

There was a problem with the hot water - couldn’t shower at all the second morning hotel staff were not sympathetic. (Was told it was because i was on an upper floor - by that standard, the faucet on the top of a NYC skyscraper would emit ice cubes.) Desk staff wasn’t exactly warm - not outright rude, but didn’t give off welcome feelings nevertheless. It is the kind of thing where the guest knows that if he has a reasonable complaint, he still had better brace for a hassle. The room itself. It was simply unattractive. Could have used some carpeting and warm colors and more pictures. Walls were glaringly white, and lighting was consequently harsh. Bottom line: no way i will choose one of your hotels again.

Very strong smell of Marijuana in the hallways. Very annoying but i did not mind the fact that management was going room to room checking and too find where it was coming from
