This was a quick stopover to catch an early flight. The driver allowed me to return my car the evening before my flight then picked me up at the airport. Then he took me to the airport at 5:50 am to catch an early flight. Great service!

Nice rooms and very clean

We were there only for a little while, as I was there to drop off my son at the airport in the wee hours of the morning. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I should have checked before, but the shuttle is not 24/7. However, the driver was VERY nice. They do try to work with you and your schedule if possible.

My husband and I booked a room so we would have a place to rest with a 6 hour layover between 5:00AM and 11:00AM. I called to inquire about the hours of the shuttle. I was told the hotel shuttle stopped at midnight so we would need to order an Lyft or Uber. I scheduled an Lyft for an additional $30, only to learn while we were waiting for our driver.. that the hotel shuttle was actually operating. Upon our arrival to the CountrySide Inn at our own expense. No i was at the e desk or anywhere to be found. After more than 15 minutes a young lady appeared, but told me that there were sold out and refused to look up my reservation. Initially, I thought I had made a mistake in my reservation. I scrambled to find my reservation with Expedia and when I showed her that it was correct, I was told it was my fault for booking through a third party. This isn’t the the first time that I I’be heard this when there has been a problem. As much as I’d love to remain an Expedia customer, I do not understand this failure in this process. I purchased insurance for this reservation and I expect compensation for the Lyft and the additional $80 I had to spend to find lodging on my own at the Marriott Courtyard up the road.

I found a hair in the bathtub and they wouldn't wash the tub for, they did offer me a new room but i was settled and i had my granddaughter with me. The guy brought cleanse with. Idk it was weird

Good hotel for BWI area

Good hotel for the BWI area. Very close to BWI airport. Complimentary shuttle bus to/from the airport. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. This is the second time I have stayed here, and I would stay again. The price was competitive.

I stayed here during a heat wave. The first room I checked into smelled like moldy gym socks and the temp was 78 degrees. I confirmed the AC was set to a low temp but after 30 minutes the temp was still 77. Got moved to a second room, that room also had a moldy smell but at least the AC worked great. Sheets and pillows were clean but the bedspread was stained . Elevator briefly got stuck on the 4th floor. Breakfast was simple but good and the lobby area was clean with enough seating. Staff was also very nice.

Needs Deep Cleaned

Our stay was a little underwhelming compared to the hotels with the same brand. It seemed a bit more run down than others. Needs a deep clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The pros were breakfast was good and the hotel is conveniently located. The cons were limited towels ( they either ran out or don’t allow extras and the room is stocked with a standard number that doesn’t suit for larger families). They also didn’t have the waffle maker set up which is trivial but something we look forward to in the mornings. There is no lending library of books that most Country Inns have in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Ac couldn’t seem to cool the room down. There was a heat wave but still, at night the room temp was muggy.
