The stay was wonderful and the guest service at the front counter was courteous and helpful. The only issues we had is the tv maybe wasn’t a smart tv or the tv remote didn’t have the capabilities of a smart tv for the functions. We couldn’t mirror any of our movies to watch. It was disappointing to have to watch whatever was on the television. Boring……

The employee both nights was outstanding. Her customer service was top notch. Very pleasant and friendly. The parking is awful now. I had to drive around the building for 10 minutes to wait for a parking space to become available. I have been staying at the hotel for over 8 years. This last stay was the worse. My top sheet was dirty. The shampoo bottle was empty. The window seal in 206 is cracking and peeling. I will not post any pictures. My ask is that the new owner correct the renovation.
