Utterly Disappointed

This was the worst experience I have ever had! It was filthy- the walls, the tub, the windowsills…everything! Even the towels were stained! There was no hot water for the shower, no outlets in the bathroom. All on top of the fact that it was in a high crime area! The host never responded to any of the messages I sent while there. We boomed 2 nights but only stayed one! Good thing, because there was a stand off with the police the next day I. The same road! I want my MJ ey back for the night we did t stay. The host has not responded still!

Good

Overall, good. Just a couple of things to change for the check in process. Be better with having all check in info, WiFi and code upon arrival instead of going back and forth with the owner an hour prior to check in time. But the owner did supply that info.
