Old property not well maintained yet safe and does the job. Everything in room was loose: emergency door lock, lamps, toilet paper roll holder, bathtub handle and faucet, shelf in bathroom. AC unit looked rusted and old (yet worked well) and window curtain rod was also old and rusted (over AC unit). Otherwise bed and bedding was clean as well as towels. Daily housekeeping. Door locking mechanism caused issues - needed new battery. Took 4 times me going downstairs to get appropriate assistance to get into room. Safe and secure area and good location without being downtown. Free parking

Our restroom flooded & it was an inconvenience 1st thing in morning…we had college day move in from 8-10am…when I advised front desk…they said come down & get towels to soak up water…housekeeping won’t be in till 8… & when asked about switching rooms I was told would have to wait till one became available…fast forward…when I returned later that night…around 6ish…front desk had NO IDEA what I was talking about…
