Hotel staff was friendly and professional --a pleasure to interact with. Rooms are spacious and clean, all-around. Bathrooms are very large and have all the amenities. Enjoyed my second stay at this hotel. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Ant Infestation in our room

It took the front desk 30 mins to get us checked in. They didn’t know their credit card portal was down and kept telling us our cc declined. They finally gave us a room after speaking with our bank that it wasn’t our cc. Then the room they gave us had a horrible body odor smell, they changed our room only to smell like insect repellent which we initially ignored because we had to run out. Upon return at night we noticed that our room was infested with ants. It was too late to call someone since we only had 3 hours to sleep and before we headed for the airport. Called after leaving early in the morning and the receptionist said there were no managers on staff. Utterly disgusting and disappointed.
