The room was very nice and comfortable. Small refrigerator and microwave was helpful to have meals in the room rather than wasting leftovers. Remember to schedule maid service, which I missed. However, the staff took care of it when I contacted the desk in the evening. Breakfast are had plenty of seating, food was good as with self made waffle option, sausage, eggs, toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt, milk, juices, and coffee. Area was cleaned, restocked by attendant frequently. Has a gym with treadmills, stationary bike and small weights. Added value for staying several days. Has a pool, but unavailable due to season (It’s cover was covered by snow.) Quiet area and felt safe area for the car, The road had little to no traffic during my stay. Staff were responsive to reasonable request and professional.

We drove south to Savannah to stay warm in Feb from NW. We must have stayed in 8 to 9 hotels. We had the worst experience here. First of all, there was no one on duty in the front desk. There was a sign tellibg us to pick up the hotel phone to get the front desk staff. We also had a tough time getting wifi. The user name and password worked on our phones but not my ipad. When I wanted to use my ipad working out the next morning, I couldn’t get help from the front desk. I was told there was an info tag in my room to call for help. I asked for the phone number but the staff refused, telling me it was in my room. I had to explain that I would not want to go back and woke my husband up. I was finally given the number!

This hotel was clean. Nice and quiet area near many eating and shopping places. 30-40 min away from Washington DC. The lady at the front desk was very nice. They have elevators. Overall an ok hotel.

Friendly staff! Clean room! Would love if you would add dimmer switches to the bathroom lights and better breakfast eggs. The instant eggs you use are horrendous!
