Even with a facelift underway in the lobby, which is probably complete by now, the staff was friendly, efficient, and kept things clean and orderly. The room was superb, and the things I needed were within a quick drive of the hotel. (Parking was no problem). Highly recommended! Thank you for the great stay.

Hampton Inn had no communication from Expedia, no reservation, and after an hour, including a long wait on Expedia with no human coming to the phone, I had to pay a second time -- $20 more even with a Hilton Honors card.

Staff were all friendly and kind. Room was clean. Refrigerator in room didn't work but we didn't realize it till morning when we grabbed our still warm bottled waters out of it. Very convenient to the medical office we were visiting.

The room and cleanliness were fine as was the breakfast but some how my reservation was not visible when I checked in and I was lucky to get the last available room in the hotel. I was told I needed to look into this because I would likely be charged for two rooms not the one I used. I was unable to reach anyone the next morning and had commitments for the weekend. Now thar the weekend is over I hope to clear this matter up.

Courteous staff. Blind in room did not go down fully. We reported the problem and were told it would be looked at the following day. There was no evidence that it was and remained a problem. This disturbed our sleep. Also was told the pool was open 24 hours but that was closed which was very disappointing for my kids as this was one of the reasons we went. However, we heard that another family used the pool the next day.

Check in was quick and easy, and they let us check in before the regular time. The room was great--very clean with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable--great bed linens and pillows. There was no fan in the bathroom, but there was pretty good ventilation because showers didn't create too much steam. Good location for restaurants and necessary shopping. Close to the highway for easy off and on. All in all, a great stay. We will definitely book here for future trips to Baltimore.
