Staff goes above and beyond

Hotel is in the middle of renovations. Can't wait to see what it looks like afterwards. Even with all the issues (pool closed, only one working elevator) the staff here was so friendly and professional that I would book this hotel just for this staff!

Comfortable Stay with Room to Improve

My family recently stayed at this hotel, and while we had some positive experiences, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Booking a room for five was easy, and check-in was smooth. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which set a good tone for our stay. The room was clean, which we appreciated, but we were only provided with two washcloths and three towels for five people. I had to go downstairs to request more, which the staff did provide. A bigger issue was that the shower gel dispenser was completely empty, which we didn’t realize until we were about to shower. When my son went to the front desk, he was told housekeeping had left and no one could help. I had to follow up myself, and while the staff eventually gave us mini facial bars so everyone could bathe, the delay was frustrating. Despite these issues, we had a great night out. The hotel’s location is ideal, and the easy check-in/out process made everything more convenient. Overall, this hotel has potential, with friendly staff and a clean space, but attention to detail and responsiveness need improvement for a more consistent and comfortable guest experience.
