- Issues with towels always being in the dryer refuse amount needed and waiting hrs for those given - Clogged toilets even with room change - Rusted 3-4 inch nail on the floor by my room door and other parts of the hallways I have pictures of them - Toilet paper causing irritation after wiping - No working phones in both rooms - Non working tv and WiFi in changed room - Non working mini fridge in changed room - Used towels left in my room after room was cleaned and dirty dishes were left in the room and housekeeping did not replace dirty cups

Overall the staff was excellent but the room was not very clean had to pull the couch out my 3 year old niece dropped a toy behind their not only was it really dirty back there there was a pill back there the baseboard is really super dusty your cleaning crew is not doing a very good job

Questionable housekeeping service.

It would be nice if the staff could understand English. Most housekeeping staff, though they do a nice job in housekeeping they can't understand what you are talking about. Instead of letting you know they act as if they understand. I stayed Wednesday through Sunday and did not get any housekeeping service. I know covid changed the way housekeeping is done, but there are no discounts for not getting your room cleaned. I spoke twice to the house keeping staff about room service and got a nod that they understood, however my room went unclean for the entire time I stayed. Not acceptable..

I really liked the layout of the hotel room it was different than any of the other ones I've stayed at. I liked the partition between the sofa and the bed, both with view of the TV. Food was very nice for the breakfast.
