Someone kicked the door twice around 2am even with key cards required to access each floor. The A/C did not work in the room, when we check out the desk associate said i wish it would of been warm in my house last night...

The building is outdated. Rhe bathroom had a very old style tub and vertical blinds that looked like the 80’s. That may have been the last time they were cleaned. There was a small bottle of perfume that I found on the floor. It could be from the room staff rather than a previous guest. The hotel was loud. There are white noise machines that must be intended to drown out the noise. One thing that bothers me about hotels such as the Hyatt is that they put bottles of water in the room for the “elite” guests. This practice is tired. They should just give it to the guests at check in vs leaving it there as a carrot being dangled. This is a tired property. The staff at the front desk were both friendly and helpful. Jen there was apologetic about having to charge us for a bottle of water. Rhe staff at the market were very Loud and my presence was inconvenient.

First room we were given belonged to another person, second room didn’t have correct bed, third room didn’t have the view we paid extra for. Hotel said we will throw in a free breakfast for length of stay because if all the inconveniences. When we checked out, we discovered the hotel charged us for the breakfast. Needed to speak to manager to get this corrected. Breakfast was one of the saddest I’ve ever had at a hotel. For what I paid I could have stayed at a 5 star hotel in another country. You no longer get what you pay for!
