Staff were extra friendly and good at their jobs. Particularly Willie in Bistro 300 and the valet staff were awesome. The place is getting a little run down, my room Smelt like weed after returning after a day out, hallways smelt like that too also, called downstairs to front desk and the lady said they would send security team up there but never showed up. Couple next to us also had an all nigh argument and shouting session. We have a basketball tournament in the convention center every year, next year may try the Sheraton instead.

The front desk and the Bistro service was excellent. The one problem I had was that my room was not serviced. I went the the front desk to ask why and they showed that it was. I said I left the room around 10:00am and the”do not disturb “ sign was not on the outside of the door. I made the bed myself and fresh towels were delivered.

The pool and Bistro 300 was the highlight of our stay. It is a good hotel to go to with family. They had limited amenities which were inconvenient, however my overall stay was fantastic!

The manager rents out the pool and rooftop so it is closed to the hotel Guests then refused to compensate. The front doors are all broken. The manager is rude and lies saying the pool beung closed and rooftop was well Advertised but it wasn't on their website or other places. I'm calling bbb and filing report on them..

Happenings at the Pool

The hotel had an outdoor pool which was fairly clean. Sunday later afternoon, my son and I went to use the pool and there was extremely inappropriate music and dancing going on where i felt uncomfortable and definitely uncomfortable with my son.
