Shower was lukewarm at best. Had maintenance come up to take a look and they said they could fix it but would have to get a part from Home Depot. So not sure what was up there but not a fun shower experience for sure.

There was no body wash, I asked for oneand got it 2 days later, stains in bed sheet, comforter and pillow cases, room service came to clean the bathroom, spent less tha two minute and it was still dirty. I killed a cockroach in the room, showed it to the receptionist and her re sponse was "oh it's just a little one, sorry about that ". The receptionist checked someone else into my room, the person open that door, came in and saw us in there, then he went back to the receptionist for a different room.

They charged me $30 for an early check in- for a room that was already ready. They wouldn’t take my hotel dollars, which is the whole reason I used them in the first place. Other than those, the hotel was fine.

Positives: Safe and accessible area, plenty of parking. Not so positive: The fire alarm went off in the hotel in the very early hours of the morning. Hotel staff was unsure what to do, panicked, was rude to guests. No procedure was followed, repeatedly sent guests back to their room. Fire marshals came, investigated, turned off alarm. The whole event felt unsafe and chaotic, very scary to children traveling w us.
